Version 2026-10-26-v7 · Effective October 26, 2026
1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use the United Labor Solutions (ULS) website, public forms, job-seeker accounts, or employer account services. By creating an account, you agree to these Website Terms. The linked Privacy Notice explains how ULS handles information.
If you use the site for a company, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that company for the activity you perform. A staffing request does not create an account or grant access to a company workspace.
2. What the website does
ULS is a staffing agency serving U.S. travel assignments. The website supports ULS-managed opportunities, job applications, staffing requests, and related account services. A verified new-company registration creates a private owner workspace; access to an existing company requires an invitation from an authorized owner. Employers do not publish public job listings or search an unrestricted candidate directory through this website.
A listing, application, staffing request, interview, or account does not guarantee a job, placement, worker availability, interview, assignment, or business response. A placement or staffing commitment exists only when ULS and the applicable parties confirm it through the applicable written agreement or other authorized process.
3. Accounts and access
Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials private. Do not share accounts or attempt to access another person’s or company’s records. ULS may require email verification or renewed verification for sensitive account actions. A company-name or email-domain match does not grant membership in an existing company workspace.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account until you notify ULS of a suspected compromise. Use the available sign-out, session, and password controls. Contact ULS at 657-395-1625 if you cannot secure your account.
4. Rules for all users
- Use the site only for lawful staffing, job-seeking, employer, or support activity.
- Do not impersonate a person or company, submit information you are not authorized to provide, scrape candidate or account data, interfere with security controls, or introduce malicious code.
- Do not use general contact, staffing, or account forms to send passwords, Social Security numbers, bank details, medical information, or identity documents. ULS will identify a protected workflow before asking for sensitive onboarding records.
- Do not submit discriminatory job criteria or ask ULS to classify, screen, or refer applicants based on a protected trait. ULS may refuse or remove a request that is unlawful or inconsistent with equal-opportunity requirements.
- Respect other users and do not misuse contact information, application materials, or messages.
5. Job seekers and applications
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for having permission to provide it. You give ULS permission to store and use your submitted information to administer your account, review your application, and conduct the staffing process described in the Privacy Notice. ULS may share an application packet with the relevant employer only when ULS intentionally releases you for that specific opportunity.
Do not submit confidential information belonging to another person or employer. Job applications and account features may be unavailable for a listing that is closed, paused, or not accepting applications.
6. Employers and staffing requests
Employer users may use information intentionally released for a specific staffing opportunity only to evaluate and coordinate that staffing need. Do not re-share candidate materials, use them for unrelated recruiting or marketing, or attempt to identify candidates outside the information ULS released. Keep company, worksite, role, schedule, and contact information accurate and limited to people authorized to provide it.
A complete staffing request is made available to ULS recruiting staff; it does not confirm a placement, reserve a worker, or amend an existing agreement. Rates, per diem, travel, scope, schedule, invoices, and payment terms are governed by the applicable written quote or signed agreement. The website does not offer online checkout or payment processing.
7. Information and site materials
You keep rights you already hold in information you submit. You give ULS a limited permission to host, review, secure, and use that information as needed to provide the website and staffing services, comply with law, and enforce these terms. This permission ends when the information is no longer needed for those purposes, subject to the retention rules in the Privacy Notice.
ULS site text, marks, layout, and other materials are owned by ULS or its licensors. Do not copy, alter, republish, or use them commercially without permission, except for ordinary viewing or sharing a public page link.
8. Availability and account action
ULS may change, pause, or discontinue a website feature and may restrict an account to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law, or enforce these terms. Where practical, ULS will use the account or support route to explain an access restriction and any available next step. Applicable recordkeeping duties, legal process, or claims may require ULS to retain related records for longer than other information. The current website does not provide a centralized legal-hold control.
The website may link to third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices.
9. Disclaimers and applicable rights
ULS works to keep the website accurate and available, but does not promise uninterrupted access, that every listing remains open, or that a website feature will be error-free. Website information is general and does not replace an applicable signed staffing or employment agreement.
These terms do not waive rights that applicable law does not allow a user to waive. Any liability, remedy, or dispute is governed by applicable law and any separate written agreement between the relevant parties.
10. Changes and contact
ULS identifies material changes by publishing a new version and effective date. New account registrations record acceptance of the version displayed at signup; the website does not currently prompt existing accounts to reaccept revised terms. Questions about the website may be directed to 657-395-1625.
