How it works

Submitting a request starts a review; it does not create a contract or public listing.

1. Share your project needs

Provide the role, headcount, worksite, schedule, qualifications, and safety or site requirements. A request is for review; it does not guarantee workers or a placement.

2. Discuss scope and requirements

ULS reviews the request and discusses scope, qualifications, worksite, schedule, and safety. You may note screening requirements for ULS to review; this website does not provide or conduct screening.

3. ULS manages approved recruiting

If approved for recruiting, ULS staff manages the opportunity and may share candidate information only for that specific authorized opportunity. Employers do not self-publish public job listings.

4. Confirm and follow up

Confirm any staffing commitment through the applicable written agreement or authorized process. During an assignment, contact ULS about changed duties, site conditions, or safety concerns.
